located at 1255 22nd Street SW in Buffalo, Minnesota, on 30 tree filled beautiful acres. We are approximately 35 miles from
downtown Minneapolis.
Buffalo is located approximately 7 miles west
of Rockford. When arriving in Buffalo, stay on Highway 55 for several miles. At the corner of Highways 55 and 25, take a left
onto Highway 25/Central Avenue. Follow Central Avenue approximately 1 mile to a three way stop sign. Turn right onto Montrose
Boulevard/County Road 12. Take Montrose Boulevard south 4.3 miles to the dead end gravel road marked 22nd Street. Turn right.
At the end of the road, you will see a green gate to the left. Take this narrow road, which leads to Bed & Bone. There
are two buildings on the property. The FIRST house is for the dogs!

- Go west through Long Lake, Maple Plain, and Delano.
Seven miles past Delano, you will reach Montrose. In Montrose, turn right at the first stoplight onto County Road 12/Buffalo
Street. Follow County Road 12 north 3.8 miles to 22nd Street, which is a dead end gravel road located just after a small bridge.
Turn left. At the end of the road, you will see a green gate to the left. Take this narrow road, which leads to Bed &
Bone. There are two buildings on the property. The FIRST house is for the dogs!
